Ihr wählt zuerst eure Rasse und findet euch dann in einer Kerkerzelle mit einer Mara-Statue und einem Bett wieder. Ihr müsst mit der Statue reden um einen Start auszuwählen. Alternate Start - Live Another Life will always be my favorite. It offers many start options for different characters and it still feels very vanilla+. There are also other mods that add additional start options, like New Beginnings and even one for Beyond Skyrim Bruma (the 4 part uploaded version)
