If you complete it then you earn the right to get commissioned and move onto The Basic School where in six months you'll learn the basics of being a Marine Officer.Jul 5, 2015 · The mission of Officer Candidates School is to train, evaluate, and screen officer candidates to ensure they have what it takes to lead Marines.
