How to reset brinks combination lock
Brinks lock stuck in "reset" position. Might just be locked. Pull up firmly on the shackle and hold tension while you rotate the dials. Start with whichever dial feels hard to turn, this is your binding dial. Turn until it hits a number that feels "loose" and you should then find that another dial is now binding. You must know the combination in order to open the door. To open the lock, first pull up on the dial and turn it clockwise until it clicks. After doing this, look at the number displayed on the dial. You must add 5 to it. Then, insert the key and turn the cylinder lock open. You'll be surprised at how quickly it opens and closes!
