In my opinion, Izanagi-no-Okami (InO) is more of a trophy than a useful Persona. Its stats are good, but its skills and affinities (resists everything except Light, Darkness and Almighty; no immunities in sight) not so much. The fact that it can't learn any unique skill really diminishes its overall utility. Any build it has can be done better ...The most skill you can inherit to Izanagi is 4 skills, and give up the other 4. Or if you lucky enough, you may get skill change in other 2 skills (initial skills: Zio Cleave) into other.
