Is the relic malfunction effect supposed to persist. Been doing Judy's main quest and it's been malfunctioning since Clouds and at the point where going after the VDB's and still getting the whole messed up screen effect from the malfunction? Starting to get rough on the eye since resting doesn't seem to stop it either.I did automatic love and after I started coughing up blood, Johnny was speaking to me afterwards. It literally did not go away since. It's been 4 hours just trying to fix it. I went to sleep, tried joytoy, tried another mission, tried restarting game. I can't even go back to my old save because I don't have a save during that mission.In some cases, the image distortion won't automatically disappear. This is a bug in Cyberpunk 2077. If this happens to you, the best solution is to load the previous save - this should remove the image distortion.

Relic malfunction bug fix (ps5) I know a lot of us got the relic malfunction bug. I waited too long before seeing I had to reupload my save before the elevator scene at Clouds and didnt want to lose my progress so I kept playing with it hoping they would either fix it soon or it would go away.Relic malfunction screen effects won't go away I had a dialogue with Keanu and he cursed my screen. I can't get rid of the blue distortion effects caused by the damn relic and it makes me sick.Sadly you got a bug. There is an option when talking to Johnny (I think it’s the second option) and if you pick that you get the relic malfunction for the rest of the game. There is no fix right now except to go back before you picked it. This also happened to me

Load an earlier save from before the conversation with Johnny after leaving the elevator. 2. During the conversation DO NOT select the "F**ked in the head worse than me" dialogue option. 3. Both Judy and Panam quests can lead you to a conversation with Johnny where there's a question with two answers. One of them is something about "♥♥♥♥♥♥ in the head", literally. So avoid second option and choose first one. BUT, im doing panam quest first, so if you managed to avoid the permanent glitch, do not save it right away. Dont jump too.
