Over the past few weeks I have had some connection issues but they are very good about getting someone out either the same day or the next. And the techs have been super helpful when they have been out. 1. In Nashville, Google’s Achilles heel seems to be the physical fiber getting hit by construction a lot, though they are working to fix that. It just takes awhile. I'm moving to an area with ATT fiber soon. I currently have Frontier Fiber which has an outside ONT box with an ethernet outlet. That box serves as the modem for Frontier. The ethernet is then ran to a central location in my house where my router/switch is. I just want to mimic this if possible.
