Sep 6, 2022 · 3ph moves in conjunction with mower base so 3ph doesnt move then mower deck doesnt. The two are linked 3ph isnt moving aswell as mower deck. Ive tried adjusting the hydraulic control lever that should help for releasing and allowing smooth down transitions and it will turn and lock both ways and doesnt appear to have any issues. You can try increasing the RPM's and raising the deck to see if that gets it up. The deck doesn't raise all the way up at lower RPM's. With the deck on it doesn't because when lifted the deck can't lift any higher because the lift stops on the deck contact the bottom of the frame. I've lived with it all these year.
