Jan 16, 2018 · What's everybody's take on the new 850 motor and other reliability or maintenance issues. I come from a long run of arctic cats where I could put 5000 or 6000 miles on the motor and never think about taking the top end off. The thought of having to freshen up the motor after each season is a big turn off regardless of the manufacture. Oct 28, 2011 · After 3.5 yrs of riding that's what I call pathetic. If you can hold 5 psi for 10 mins with the PTO elbow cap off your inner PTO & MAG bearing seals are good. If air passes through the PTO elbow your inner PTO seal is leaking. There are varying degrees of inner seal leaking, slow leak means it hasn't failed completely but you are on borrowed time.
