Your picture doesn’t show the battery lights. If it’s the two most outside lights, that’s over voltage/over amperage protection. It’s supposed to reset after 5 minutes or so. The board is different than a regular 40v battery and doesn't have the "reset" tabs that you can reset a regular 40v ryobi battery when it won't charge.Common problems with Sharp Aquos TVs include a failure to power on, flashing green lights, flickering screens and the presence of green and white lines on the screen.
