I'm guessing someone dropped the ball and forgot to renew it, or it did get renewed and they forgot to upload the new security cert to the domain. A friend asked me if I would service his 2019 850 with 7000 miles on it. He wanted it gone thru thoroughly. Getting it back into shape has be easy except for one thing. One item he requested was that the spark plugs be changed. As you may know they are buried deep in the engine compartment.

I changed the chain case every 1200 miles lubed and adjusted the track every other ride and adjusted the belt when needed. Never even changed the plugs. There has been a number of guys on here that have said there isn't a noticeable difference between Gen 4 & Gen 5 in the trail models. If the primary clutch is kept from getting too hot the grease lasts the 600 hours no problem. When the motor gets too hot the life span goes down.
