Compared to other health decks, Muscle get's health regen and around 460 health if I remember correctly.The essentials of it is: activate throwable, kill enemies. You heal 40% health on activation and you can heal more by killing enemies. When downed, activate the throwable to go into a "swan song-esque" state which lasts until the throwable ends. You can revive a teammate or use a doctor bag while in this state to essentially revive yourself.A solo holdout build.
