You don't have enough heatsinks. One of the main issues with SoS2 is that most people severely underestimate how many heat sinks they're going to need. 1 or 2 isn't going to cut it. I'd say you should have at least 6 to 8 heatsinks. The bigger your ship is, the more heatsinks you can afford to put on it.
