Based on my test sweeps, a 3rd gen i7 with the gtx 1060, Ryzen 5 4600h. Despite being from 2014, the 4790 (especially K version) has nearly identical single core performance as a 4600H (from 2020). I have run ToTK on 4 P cores on an 13500H 13th gen laptop (locked using process lasso) and it is fine and hitting up to 90 fps. Admittedly, the single-core performance is much higher than both of those CPUs. Hi!
