After changing blower motor and resistor and even the harness behind the glove box I've found that its a ground issue. Every time I take the splice pack apart and see that one terminal is burnt looking so I sand it off ...If you are having multiple symptoms, I would check G104 first. It seems more likely that an exposed ground would be the most likely place for a poor connection vs the splice pack in the protected interior of the car. If you have the OEM harness with the 4 pin trailer connector, there are two white wires coming out of the converter. They are both ground wires. One goes aft to the trailer connector. The other wire goes to a splice, changes color to black, and goes forward to the ground splice pack, G105 ...
