Custom. Sep 16, 2022. #1. Since so much was made about the issues with the Hex Wasp here, I figured I'd give an update with mine. I bought mine a day after they were made available from SA. That was the very end of February of 2021. My battery just wore out yesterday. So, about 18 1/2 months. They say 2 years, but 18 1/2 months isn't bad.My second wasp was off after cowitnessing with the fixed sights. That's not right! I sent it back and just received my 3rd wasp for the same reason. I am going to the range today. I have a feeling it will happen again.

Opinion between SHIELD SMSC vs HEX WASP. New owner of a Hellcat, ended up with a good deal on one without the reddot (but have the cut rear slide deck).
