Hey guys, just picked up another 2002 prairie 650, This one is popping through the front carb only at around 1/8 throttle, does it cold and warm. The quad starts up really easy, barely even need to choke it. The carbs have been cleaned, stretched the choke springs,checked the boots on and off the ... Once it is warmed up there is a popping sound from one of the carbs between idle and 1/4 throttle. 1) I have checked the air filter/air box (no issues) and there is clean air comming in (I actually drilled a couple 1/2 holes in the airbox) 2) The idle adjustment screw is maxed (I heard there were problems with the choke spring) 3) …Aug 16, 2021 ...
