I went to redeem my Peacock Premium award (after spending $5.99 to Peacock to set up an account, then cancel it, as directed by Xfinity), and now the Xfinity help desk advises I need to spend $15 more to get a Flex box. When I log into my rewards area on the app, it shows info about the Peacock reward, but there's no way to activate it. It's literally just a banner that says I can get Peacock, but if I click on it, nothing happens.
