I've found it to be more useful to have 0.5s of delay to recharge the amp than the 12% more crit chance of Certus brace. To start, 1-1-1 is a fairly good choice, followed by 1-2-1, you'll be there quickly enough.777, 747 or 577 for eidolon. I believe more people are shifting to 577. 577 or 547 for void cascade specifically. I myself am using a 447 amp for general combat and void angels, though a 147 could work as well. For tridolons I use a 277. A 777 would be good for general combat, but definitely not for void angels.
