We went for lunch today at Jimmy's Steer House in Arlington. What a difference from Jimmy's SH in Saugus last week when the hostess couldn't be bothered waiting on the four of us, 3 adults and a well behaved 13 month old toddler. We ended up walking out. Today was totally different. Some specialty Thai dishes are also offered at Thai Moon, including a chili fish with tamarind sauce, shrimp in a pot with glass noodles, a deep-fried half duck with peanut sauce, and a stir-fried haddock with basil. Last night my lady friend and I had dinner at the bar..It was incredible..We both had the meatloaf on special with mashed,mixed vegetables and extra gravy..One word "incredible" not a single flaw..Perfect in every way with a couple of Chards..Supper meal with caring service..Cant wait to go again..Love that place..!The simple fact is, Jimmy's purports to be a "steer house" -- a place where you go to get steak. My favorite cut of meat is the filet mignon, which I've had numerous times at Jimmy's, and it's atrocious.
