Just killed Radahn after starting the festival. I'm supposed to return to the castle but I cant fast travel and I can't cross the water to get back. losing my mind here trying to figure this out. There's a site of grace there for sure as well as a "return to dungeon" thing I believe.

After you defeat Radahn, you can end the festival by talking to the guy on the stairs again, except this time he is in the room just before you go down the lift to fight Radahn.
