Tried to start the truck. the engine was a junkyard engine pulled from a running wrecked vehicle. pulled engine apart and injectors and cp3 looked to be new. I modified the wire harness and i did accidentally cut one wire but i fixed that. The problem is i will crank it and it will only build up 200psi in the rails. cranking rpm is 180ish.Completely overlooked this issue and now I feel like an idiot...but I wont make that mistake again! I've checked the wiring and harness for any damage and im unable to find any. I've followed alldatas info and what to do and it has no results the truck still ... Remove the hypertech and try starting. Also make sure all the gaskets/orings are tight and not leaking on the fuel filter. Once confirmed, crack the bleeder valve and hand prime until fuel squirts out. His first thought was surface harness, and process used to heat treat. If induction hardened, it doesn't go very deep. So it's possible the final machining process cut through the surface hardness.

If it has signal from the key every time then the problem is the starter.
