Hi all, I recently purchased a brand new Kimber 10mm Eclipse and have been experiencing massive FTF issues right from the start. I tried several different magazines; Kimber, MetalForm, MecGar & Tripp Cobra. I also tried several different factory ammunition brands; Sellier & Bellot, PMC Bronze, PPU (Prvi Partizan) & Remington UMC.Remove the extractor. Remove the firing pin if you want to be extra cautious. Seat a fully loaded magazine. Depress the slide stop to allow the slide to move forward at full speed. If the cartridge chambers and the pistol goes fully into battery then the extractor is, in fact, causing the feeding malfunction.
