From what I recall the last time I jacked up the vehicle the jack points are pretty obvious - on the sill edge near each wheel. T.I jack my front via the areas a few inches behind the subframe bolts on the frame and the rear via the diff with some sort of wood block to prevent damage of the diff fins. There is a safe point to jack behind the rear axle, but it's too difficult to get a jack under there. The diff is just as safe and easier to access.Typically I find it much easier to jack up the entire front or rear of the car via the cross member jacking points, and put the jack stands at the pinch welds or frame rails or other hard point as applicable.
