I read somewhere that it can spawn at 3 vendors i.e. watoga station, watoga shopping mall vendor and R&G station. What I did was had my survival camp at R&G station and 1 camp near Watoga station.With the Plasma Pistol Flamer build, there’s a couple of different Legendary’s you’ll want to look out for.
