The only problem is that the runes for Last Wish can make it cost prohibitive. An Act 5 merc with a Lawbringer Legend sword wearing a Treachery will be at the 5 frames per attack breakpoint. Whereas an Act 5 Merc with a Lawbringer in a Phaseblade wearing Treachery will only be at the 4.5 frames per attack breakpoint.
