Duralast 8 amp battery charger

Might be a dumb question, but does that mean my battery has a short? It's worth mentioning that this charger can jump start cars bigger than mine after draining only 10% of its capacity. My car drained 25% when I jumped it yesterday (battery died again upon pulling out), and around 40% today (no successful jumps). Thanks in advance.
